Shipping - All of our items are wrapped or boxed extremely well and should arrive in perfect condition.  We ship with either "Parcelforce" or "My Hermes" depending on the weight of the item.

A signature will be required on delivery.

 

On Delivery - Examine the item on delivery before it is signed for. If the item is found to be damaged in any way report it to the shipping company immediately, then report it to us to take the matter further and initiate a claim against the company.  We will then advise how the item is to be returned to us.

 

Returns or cancelations - If for any reason you change your mind and want to return the item let us know asap. (Within 14 days, as we accept no returns after 14 days) We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. (Except in the case of damaged or faulty goods)

We aim to ship within two days of the order being placed if the item is in stock, for larger orders such as Bumpers we make them to order so please allow a two week turn around.  The delivery times will be shown on each item in the description.
